Did my order go through?

Verifying that your Rookie & Co. purchase went through is easy!  Every order that is processed through our system will receive an Order Confirmation email to the nominated email address. 

If you did not receive the Order Confirmation email it is highly likely we did not receive your order (remember to check your Junk Mail folder).

Whilst we all love technology sometimes it doesn't love us back.  If you believe you have been charged, but can’t find an Order Confirmation email please contact us via the form below. 

To speed the process up when contacting us can you please provide the following details:

  • The date the purchase was made
  • The product name that you have purchased
  • The name exactly as it appears on the credit card used at the time of purchase

As soon as we get to the bottom of the issue we’ll make sure everything gets sorted.
