I have changed my mind/The item does not fit.

We realise that sometimes you change your mind after you've made a purchase - or the cap ordered does not fit.

If this happens we’ll need the product sent back to us in the original packaging, unopened and unworn. We will provide you with a store credit less a 15% restocking fee.

For hygienic reasons all returns are inspected for evidence of wear.  If it is found that the cap has been worn unfortunately we cannot accept it as a return.  If this is found to be the case the item will be returned and refund given.

You must notify us that you've changed your mind within 14 days of shipping notification.
